A moment's peace

Just for a moment I sit beside this lake, searching for the peace I so desperately need.
A moment of silence, the waves lapping around me. The wind blowing in my hair, no human voice anywhere.
A moment's peace is what I need. No pressures, no problems to solve, just a moment to just be me.
Just a moment to shut down and take in the beauty and wonders that surround. Trees rustling in the wind, a turtle
Swimming around the bend. A moment's peace just for me, and maybe the crain flying above. His is a place a moment I love.
Nobody's trying to push me around or even making a sound.
A moment's peace is what I found.
